  • Dinner: Have 2 hot dogs (no buns), a cup of broccoli, 1/2 cup of carrots, and another cup of vanilla ice cream. At least you get to cap off each dinner with some ice cream!

Third and final day

  • Breakfast: Mixing it up again, you’ll have a slice of cheddar cheese, 3 saltine crackers, an apple, and either black coffee or tea
  • Lunch: Substitute the cottage cheese from day 2 for a hard boiled egg. Enjoy that along with a slice of whole wheat toast.
  • Dinner: You’re almost done! Have a cup of canned tuna, 1 cup of cauliflower, 1 beet, 1/2 of a cantaloupe, and that final cup of vanilla ice cream.
