There's not a diet out there I haven't tried. Most of them bent my mind, broke my spirit but never touched the fat on my belly. I've counted calories until I ran out of fingers and toes. I calculated carbs, both the good, the bad and then it got ugly and I quit. I've sucked grapefruit, cabbage soup, and even had ice cream once a day, but I always fall off the diet, or get discouraged after a week or so. Recently, I gave Fat Loss 4 Idiots a shot.

I don't have a lot of time to spend calculating what my next meal is going to be or how many calories or carbohydrates I can eat. I got the plan but waited for the weekend so I could shop and make the meals ahead. During the week, when I'm busiest. During the week, I simply opened the fridge and took out what I needed for that night's meal and it never seemed like I was dieting. In fact, I felt like I was just a lot more organized. I don't have the time, patients or money for those diet plans that ask you to join a group and eat special meals prepared in their kitchens. Since I don't feel starved, weak or tired, the exercise is no problem and I'm noticing that, not only is my weight dropping, but my figure is firming up too.
