There is not only a bold statement. In previous years, I have tried to lose weight, but have not succeeded. This year will be different!

For me, losing weight is not just about the way I look, it’s about how I feel too.

In the past, I have spent too much time thinking about ideals, how I could look and feel, and not enough time on the action I should take.

This time it will be different.

I am sure I can be my diet plan in 2010 is one I can stick and maintain weight.

From personal experience, I found many things have really helped me along the way.

  • Fluid is vital. The body is mostly water and drinking enough water is one of the most important things you can do to help speed up your metabolism.
