First of all, you’re going to do just three things. You must always keep in mind, and I advise you to do as your habit, because that would lead to you having a permanent figure of the body after successfully with your diet.

1. Drink lots of water.

Personally, I was carrying around bottled water everywhere, and have filled them whenever it was empty, and I consciously drank 2 liters of water daily. At school, at work, at home. This helps you get faster metabolism, and after the remains were washed, everything you eat all come out quickly. For me it worked after about 5 days. But I kept with it for about 3 weeks, just to be sure. But then it became a habit, I always do, and I have not gained more weight since.

2. Do not eat after 8.

All you eat after 8 goes straight to the abdomen and other areas that might make you look ugly. This is because your metabolism is slower at night, and stresses your intestines. It is not only bad for your health, but you will gain weight in the most remote areas.

3. Have 6 meals a day.

It is best to spread your meals outside, say, 6 small meals a day instead of two large meals. So try to eat a lot, but small portions. It would help to improve your metabolism in the long term.

These three points are the plans of all the days you have to follow and make them as your habits. Otherwise any type of most effective diet plans do not work.
