Melt Away Those Pounds In The New Year! Extreme Weight Loss Plans To Make You Drop Those Pounds!

[ad_1]

With the holidays coming to an end, many people are looking to shed off a few pounds in order to look their best during the celebrations. To lose weight fast you need to look at extreme weight loss plans – you still have time to lose a huge chunk of weight! Let's take a closer look at how you can get your body into the shape you want.

To drop the weight, you need to take on weight loss with full force. You have to dedicate yourself to burning the fat and attacking the weight from all angles. The good news – it can be done!

Extreme weight loss plans are best taken on when you focus on three areas – diet, exercise and weight loss supplementation. We are going to take a closer look at each of these steps so you know exactly what you need to do to drop pounds quickly.

First, the most important key to losing weight fast is what you put in your body. You diet is going to have to change – this can be tricky! If you are used to pulling into the drive-through or munching on chips in front of the TV, you are going to have to put away those habits. For the next couple of weeks your diet has to be healthy, nutritious and calories must be kept to a minimum.

Make sure you eat less than you currently do. I am not saying starve yourself – that is a horrible idea. Your body needs food to get through the day, but you want to make sure you are taking in fewer calories than your body is using. The easiest way to do this is cut back on any unnecessary foods throughout the day. There are a lot of snacks or sides we have with meals that we really do not need. Cut them out!

Eat lots of veggies, look for high protein foods and drink at least two glasses of skim milk a day. Not only is skimmed milk a great source of calcium, but it has been proven to help in weight loss. The key is to feed yourself only nutritious and wholesome foods and cut out all the junk. It is not easy, but you will get used to it. And remember that your diet is only going to be this strict for a couple of weeks – it's necessary for all serious extreme weight loss plans.

Last thing when it comes to diet – minimize the carbs as much as you can. I'm not a fan of the no carb diets since your body needs the energy. But do cut back when you can. This means less bread, pasta or other carbohydrate den foods. Do not feel das if you have a slice of bread, but cut back where you can. It will make a huge difference.

Exercise at least 5 times a week, and for at least an hour at a time. Exercise can take a variety of forms – basketball, running, cardio machines etc; the key is to pick something you like. Make sure it is something with high intensity and that will work up a sweat and get your heartrate going. You want to burn those calories!

Lastly, look for a reliable weight loss supplement if you can afford it. I know a lot of people shy away from them because they have heard of "scam" products and there are just so many to choose from. However, there are some good ones out there that can make pounds drop a lot faster than just on your own. Just make sure they are safe and legit. Go to my website for a review of a couple of the best ones.

Following these tips will let you drop a bunch of weight fast. Remember, the key in extreme weight loss plans is to attack the weight from three angles – your diet, exercise and supplementation. You can do it!

Successful Weight Loss Habits

[ad_1]

How many times have you tried to lose weight without success? Do you feel like everyone else is able to follow a diet or weight loss program except you?

You aren’t alone!

It’s extremely challenging to maintain weight loss – complex diets and programs only add to confusion and failure. However, some people do manage to achieve their weight loss and weight maintenance goals… But why do some succeed while others fail?

#1 Awareness

Pay attention to everything you eat! People often turn to food when they are bored or stressed. Ask yourself:

– Why you are heading to the kitchen?

– Are truly hungry, or are you just bored, stressed, sad or tired?

Emotional eating can quickly destroy the best weight loss program. Keeping a daily food log that also includes how you are feeling can help you recognize emotions that trigger unnecessary eating, monitor your food intake, and hold yourself accountable.

It’s important to know your weight. While you should never become obsessive about weight, people who maintain their fat loss do so by keeping periodic tabs on the scale. Weighing yourself at least once per week is ideal. By doing so, you can regonize missteps in your weight loss plan and correct them.

#2 Cut Out the TV

Sitting in front of a TV is almost completely sedentary. You burn very few calories, but often eat snacks as you sit there. It is easy to overindulge on unhealthy snacks while distracted by the TV.

#3 Regular Exercise

Fitness is key to successful weight loss. Regular exercise burns calories, but it also creates a routine that supports a healthy lifestyle and provides incentive to continue healthy eating habits.

#4 Portion Control

Being unable to accurately measure food portions is a major problem with many people. Restaurants, fast food, and commercials have overinflated portion sizes an encourage overindulgence. Teach yourself to control portions by learning to read nutrition labels, carefully measuring out servings, eating only a single helping, and using smaller dishes.

Adopt these simple habits into your daily life and you will become one of the weight loss and maintenance success stories!

Diet Pills Exposed – Extreme Weight Loss Or Scam?

[ad_1]

Diet pills used to be all the rage. If you wanted to be thin you simply went a bought a diet pill and watched TV as your body burned the excess fat. Right- if only it was that easy. The reality is that the diet pills that were on the market were horrible on your body, and most of them did not even work as advertised.

So why is there so much buzz about a product called "Phentramin"? At first glance Phentramin looks like just another diet pill: it suppresses your appetite, increases your metabolism, makes you have more energy, and even relieves stress. But if all diet pills are garbage and bad for you, why is everyone talking about this new wonder pill? Well, the answer is pretty simple: it works.

It works so well, in fact, that many people are experiencing extraordinary weight loss. I'm not talking 2 or 3 pounds a week either. I'm talking 5-7 pounds a week, which is just the right amount to lose before getting into unsafe territory. Now I'm no health expert, but losing around 10 pounds a week probably does wonders for your health, not to mention your self esteem.

Phentramin, you see, is unlike the vast majority of diet pills on the market. Most diet pills "help" you lose weight by simply turbo-charging your metabolism. The result is that your body burns more calories for literally doing nothing, and if nothing else in your life were to change but that, there's the good possibility that you would lose weight (or at least stop gaining weight). The difference with Phentramin is that Phentramin works on several levels:

  1. Phentramin suppresses your appetite to safe levels. Phentramin does not cause you to starve yourself, but instead forces your body to stop telling you its hungry when it's used to getting food instead of when it needs food. This will, ideally, cause you to eat only when you're hungry, reducing or completely eliminating your excess calorie intake.
  1. Phentramin increases your metabolism, slightly. Do not think that taking Phentramin will put your metabolism to the point where you're burning the calories off as you're consuming them- it does not quite work like that. Phentramin increases your metabolic rate enough that you'll burn a few extra calories per day, and even then that's not the main reason it does it. By boosting your metabolism you are also going to have more energy. That's just how it is. This means that you have more energy when you're working out, going for a jog, or just horsing around with the kids in the backyard. More energy is a good thing, and no one ever complained about feeling healthier and more active.
  1. Phentramin also relieves stress. This might sound too good to be true, but I assure you that it's as good as it can be. Stress is a cumulative result of several factors. Hormone levels, life events, and even companionship all play a part. Phentramin controls some of the hormones that compound stress, helping you feel a bit more relaxed.
